The upload window is the period when guests can add photos. The reveal time is when the capsule opens. Photos stay sealed until the reveal, and uploads always close by then at the latest.
Read the answerBefore reveal, guests see a locked capsule with the opening time and a count of photos captured so far — never the photos themselves, and never another guest's uploads.
Read the answerAfter reveal, the gallery has a Start slideshow button that plays the approved photos full screen with play/pause, next and previous, three auto-advance speeds, shuffle and transitions. Hosts can preview it before reveal.
