How to Download Your Event Photos
Downloads unlock at the reveal time. From then on the host can download the approved photos from the dashboard as a single ZIP file.

Downloads unlock at reveal
Full-resolution downloads are blocked until the event's reveal time — for the host as well as for guests. Before the reveal you can review uploads as reduced-resolution previews, but you cannot download the originals.
Download the set
- After the reveal time, open your host dashboard.
- Choose the download option for the event.
- Wait while the ZIP file is prepared in your browser — larger events take longer.
- Save the ZIP somewhere permanent, such as your computer or a cloud drive.
What you should see
A single ZIP file containing the event's approved photos at full resolution.
What the download includes
- Approved photos only — anything you hid or deleted is excluded.
- Full-resolution files, not the reduced review previews.
- Download links are short-lived, so start a fresh download rather than reusing an old link.
Troubleshooting
- "Downloads unlock after reveal." The reveal time has not passed yet. Wait until it does.
- "Host access required." Your host session has expired. Verify your host email again from find my event.
- "Photos for this event have been deleted." The photos have either been deleted by the host or passed the retention window. See how long event photos are stored.
- The ZIP stalls on a large event. Use a stable connection on a laptop rather than a phone, and keep the tab open until it finishes.
