How to Upgrade Your Plan or Add Open Roll
Open your host dashboard, pick a higher plan and/or Open Roll on the upgrade card, and pay in one Stripe checkout. Upgrading charges the difference and keeps the same event code, guest link and QR code.

Upgrading from the host dashboard
Plan changes happen on the host dashboard of the event itself — there is nothing to cancel or recreate. The upgrade card shows your current plan with its guest limit and per-guest photo allowance, and the plans above it.
- Open your host dashboard and find the upgrade card.
- Choose a higher plan, add Open Roll, or select both together — they go through one checkout.
- Continue to the secure Stripe checkout and pay.
- You are returned to the event, and the new limits apply to the same event code, guest link and QR code.
What you pay
- Upgrading charges the difference between your current plan and the new one, not the full price again.
- Open Roll is priced as an add-on and can be bought at the same time as a plan upgrade.
- Discount codes can be entered at checkout, on the Stripe payment page.
- If you are already on the top plan, no further plan upgrade is offered.
What you should see
After a successful payment the dashboard shows the new guest limit and photo allowance, and guests who were blocked by the old limits can continue immediately.
Nothing else about the event changes
The upload window, reveal time, uploaded photos and contributor list all stay as they are. Only the limits move.
